Changes to our Fund Manager Team

The Co-operative Asset Management (TCAM) has today announced changes to our fund management team, primarily concerning two of our UK unit trusts.

The UK Growth Trust will change from Joe Walters to Andrew Moffat who previously managed the UK Income with Growth Trust for 11 years

The UK Income with Growth Trust will change from Andrew Moffat to Neil Foundly, who has worked on our UK Equity team for over 20 years covering fund management responsibilities for our institutional clients

The moves are the latest part of our strategy to extend our responsible investment expertise into the intermediary and institutional market after launch in 2009 following more than 20 years of managing retail investments.

To further accelerate our move into the institutional marketplace Joe Walters will, after managing the UK Growth Trust for over 10 years, will move over to the institutional side of the business.

While the Managers are changing, there will be no change to the overall responsible investment philosophy or process that underpins all of our funds.

Mike Fox, Head of UK Equities at TCAM, said: "These moves will support our focus on delivering excellent returns and growing our presence in the market."

"We continue to believe that our approach to responsible investment can offer the intermediary and institutional markets a unique alternative."

TCAM uses a distinctive responsible investment approach that integrates environmental, social and governance (ESG) analysis alongside financial considerations when selecting companies for investment. We believe the approach enables more informed investment decision-making.

The Fund Managers of the other unit trusts will remain as follows -
